Returns
At Piña Colada, we want all our girls to be completely in love with their purchases! However, we understant that online shopping doesn’t always go to plan, so these simple steps and tips are here to help. By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding returns of your purchase.
Our Returns Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds for returns, instead we issue a Credit Certificate or an Exchange (Note: we only exchange for the same style in a different size)
- All items on Sale can not be returned, the purchased is final.
- Our item(s) must be returned within 3o days of first receiving the parcel, including faulty products.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags and original packaging (i.e. shoe boxes) intact.
- We do not accept returns on earrings for sanitary reasons.
- We do accept returns on swimwear provided the hygiene sticker is still attached.
- Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the costumer.
Credit Certificate or Gift Card
- Credit Certificates (Gift Card) are valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
- Our team wil inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions. The item will then be send back to the sender.
Exchange
- If you would like to make and exchange please complete the returns form with the details of your requested exchange.
- Due to our low inventory we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.
- Any exchange requested that is out of stock will automatically be issued as a Credit Certificate (see above).
Processing Time
- We process all of our returns within 3 days of receiving the item(s).
- You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected.
- Returns by regular post can take up to 7 days. International post can take up to 14 days to arrive.
Faulty Items
- Please email: pinacolada.boutiquepr@gmail.com if you believe your garment has a fault and we will handle this with the highest priority.
